30-day money-back guarantee

We want you to feel at home on the mats. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from AC Sports SWE AB (Team Carvalho Göteborg), you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — memberships, 10-class cards and drop-in classes alike.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with your order email or receipt, or email us at alancarlosjj@hotmail.com and we will help you. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days once approved.

Cancelling a membership

You can cancel a membership at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access to classes until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancellation on its own is not a refund request — use the steps above if you want money back.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer in Sweden and the EU you also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. Our 30-day guarantee is more generous and applies in addition to it. If you ask us to start your training inside the withdrawal period, we may deduct a proportionate amount for classes already attended.

Exceptions

Beyond 30 days, remaining time or unused class credits are generally not refundable, but we will always look at long-term injury, illness or relocation case by case — contact us. Paddle may also issue refunds in line with its own refund policy.
